Refund Policy

At Bourbon Brothers Australia, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a straightforward refund process.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
  • Incorrect Items: Received the wrong product? Let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange to send the correct item or issue a refund.
  • Unopened Items: Items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

We are unable to offer refunds for the following:

  • Opened or partially consumed bottles
  • Items marked as clearance or final sale
  • Gift cards and promotional items

How to Request a Refund

  1. Get in Touch
    Email us at info@bourbonbrothersaustralia.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Instructions
    If your item is eligible, we’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or arrived damaged.
  3. Refund Timeline
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and will be issued to your original payment method.

If more than 10 business days have passed and you haven’t seen the refund:
