Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We deliver exclusively through Australia Post.
Standard Shipping: Arrives within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are calculated based on your order size and location.
Express Shipping: Arrives within 2–5 business days. Additional charges apply for this service.
Shipping Destinations
Domestic: We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.
Note: Due to liquor laws, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.
International: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Restrictions
Age Verification: You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol. A valid photo ID and signature will be required upon delivery.
Regional Limitations: Certain states or territories may restrict the delivery of alcohol. Please ensure your local regulations allow alcohol deliveries before placing an order.

Tracking Your Order

Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email info@bourbonbrothersaustralia.com within 48 hours. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate and coordinate with Australia Post.
